Charoset  is my favorite Pesach food. Every Seder I am excited to eat the charoset with lettuce and matzah when we eat the Korech. This sweet dish has a special meaning for us, reminding us of the mortar which the Hebrews used to prepare bricks in Egypt.

Also, it’s ridiculously delicious.
